The present paper is illustrating and discussing the characteristics of Skype for Business and how they can be integrated through an ERP system in every modern business. Information Technology, data movement and flexibility are significant drivers of innovation adoption and can set the basis for continuous improvement and strategic growth.
The research is conducted by gathering feedback from 10 IT professionals, and suggests that Skype for Business and its functionalities contribute to corporate efficiency by providing time efficacy and user friendliness, applicable to all business cases. The subject of this research are the functionalities of Lync (Skype for Business) as a tool.
