• Attracting, growing and retaining a successful and creative recruitment structure;
• Managing every stage of the recruitment process- from attracting talent and vetting candidates to interviewing and placement;
• Implementing the best recruitment and retention practices and processes;
• Working with executives and managers to lead cultural changes in a number of areas including building a continuous learning & feedback culture and establishing a shared understanding of company values;
• Working collaboratively with Team Leaders and Management in order to establish an effective recruitment strategy;
• Help position the company as a top employer in the Bulgarian market.

What we expect:

• A positive attitude! Often you will be the first contact a potential candidate has with the company;
• At least 3 years of recruitment experience;
• Outstanding verbal, written and presentation skills;
• A genuine interest in what motivates people at work and a desire to help them grow professionally and overcome challenges;
• Pro-activity in identifying problems and finding solutions;
• Fluent in English both spoken and written.
